		<description>When they say the most affordable monthly payment  I wonder who will continue to make that call. I am hearing that rates will come down big time in the next 60 days to at least 4.5%.</description>

		<description>The problem is the loan officers are not aware of this program.  We need more information.  We do not want to see people lose their homes but trying to find out about the program is very difficult at least in Texas.</description>
