		<description>I used to work for a builder and did many FHA loans so there was no laziness.  Although it is hard to pry for more information, I had to do it many times.  You are so correct in saying that you need to explain first to the customer why you need the information.  Most times they understand and are willing to contribute.  It can be difficult sometimes.  Great posts!
